	What exactly does WarnerBLaDe mean? Sadly, there is no easy way to explain this. There is something called WB, but there isn't. It is very absurd, we know but our intend in WB is the work we put together with friends: Photos, videos, short films, documentries, clips, writings, adventures, protests. If we try to uncover the subject technically ...
I, Burak Bakay, or "BLaDe" according to my friends, am currently under graduate in Bilkent University, Economics. Everything started with a small digital camera. We were taking photos, of course, however when we said "Lets shot some video" , everything transformed into another dimension. Until that time, WB improved a lot, enlarged much. It went beyond its limits by receiving details from all my friends. Now, in Turkey, WB comes to mind in biking videos. We presented the first mountain biking video in the country to the internet, after us, it started to grow at an incredible speed. It is really an impressive point which it reached in a few years. WB came to mind about amateur short filming in Bilkent. Cleaner, student, guest and even instructors, all Bilkenters heard and watched WB concept. Students from friendly universities also heard about WB, and watched : METU, Hacettepe and Bogazici.
	This year, we are presenting you one of the most extensive photography and video archive about the subject. Our aim to break a new ground in cycling, trekking, endurance, journey, nature, critical and sporting photography. With; our mini documentary that we presented in Canakkale week, our sad clip "yesterday" which we remember the past, our film "Siddet" which criticizes terror and state terror, we tried to be the translator of our young generation. We are activating alternative language content this year, which we have been planning for a long time.
Before WarnerBLaDe products come out, they reach you after a very long and tiring process. Lets take our protest film "Siddet" as example. 6 hours of filming was necessary for a 150 second torturing scene in a four minute film. It took months for the script to reach the final point, and most of the work focused in last days, we worked hard for 2 weeks. Only editing could be completed in 2 whole days. As you appreciate from this short story, photos, videos and text you watch in this web site, are coming from a very long journey before you.
	I, BLaDe, never claimed to be the only man, I couldn't. Because even the very minor work released under WB brand, has my friends share and contribution. Although it might seem that I had done the whole work myself, infact the work has reached you by many contributions of a giant team. All beauties you watch in here belong to my friends, and the mistakes belong to me. For this reason, you can aim your ruthless criticism directly to me. It is a duty for me to write the names, at least nicknames of individuals who has contributed less or more, now and before to WarnerBLaDe. (no getting upset because it is not possible for me to put in order :)
